100 Rogues

This is a FREAKING ADDICTIVE game app that I downloaded while it was free for a limited period. After that, it has been draining my iPhone battery while I navigate around the halls turn-based and slashing/shooting enemies all the while looking for a way to the exit.

What makes it so addictive? Hmm... I wonder.

The game design isn't very fantastic, more like throwing you back 20 years to the past playing pixellated games on DOS platform. Sound/music wise, not much as well. And there's NO FREAKING SAVE MODE!! Die = RESTART from SCRATCH!

Its a simple game, not difficult to master, yet encompasses most elements of an RPG.
Turn-based: Check.
Storyline: Check.
Enemy killing: Check.
Strategy: Check.
Physical & Magical Attacks: Check.
Different Armors/Weapons with Different Uses: Check.
Different Job Build: Check.
Levelling: Check.

There's a Boss Level at every 4th level and Satan is the 3rd Boss. Go do your maths.

Technically should be able to finish the game in at most a couple of hours, since its only what, 12 levels? But not sure how many hours I've wasted restarting and even going online for some writeups. Must have been in the thousands.. And initially I mistakenly thot the Boss of Level 2 is Satan since he seems to be invincible at that time.

One of the good RPG apps for Iphone so far!!! Just that it tends to make you wanna throw away your phone in frustration. Like how I killed myself thrice while throwing mp pots for exploding the Boss after clearing numerous levels!

Finally done with it. Now what?
